Surveys & Permits are the most important portion of any sign project, Surveys allow all participants to be aware of all circumstances that exist in new & existing construction.

We always arrange to document existing conditions, i.e., site survey, in order to plan a successful installation, this important step also helps in quoting, preplanning & permitting processes. Each municipality has a different permit process and at Gulf State Signs we have dealt with almost all the Florida permit offices over the years & have a full time permit specialist, SeanMcFadden, on our staff. Items needed are Sealed Engineer Drawings, Owner permission letters, Site plans and or surveys with folio or property ID numbers, permit documents required to complete this task as efficiently as possible .i.e., site survey , in order to plan a successful installation, this important step also helps in quoting , preplanning & permitting processes.
