Artwork Guidelines

Please make sure the artwork you send us conforms to these rules.

Acceptable File Formats

 Vector Files

(Preferred for vinyl) – .CDR, .AI, .EPS, .WMF. We can also use other formats such as AutoCAD(R). Please let us know what you can provide. All fonts must be included or embedded with the artwork, OR all fonts should be converted to curves or paths (preferred).

Raster Files

(Suitable for prints)- .TIF, .JPG, .BMP, many others (please ask). Raster image files must be high-resolution original artwork or scans. Raster images, which are to be vectorized by us for production in vinyl, etc., are subject to additional charges. Any scanned image should be saved in CMYK. Spot colors will be reproduced with CMYK equivalents. (Not all spot colors are reproducible with CMYK equivalents).

Computer Media

ALL COMPUTER MEDIA should be accompanied by a full-color rendering of the layout or the critical elements (logos, special effects, etc.) showing the actual colors of the finished product. Emailed files should be accompanied by a full-color bitmap image (.BMP, JPG, etc.) for color reference. Please specify PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM(R) colors where possible.

PLEASE NOTE (For displays using vinyl graphics) – Since vinyl film is available only in discrete colors, we will use the closest match to your specified PMS(R) color.
